I am Alicia Vella and I am delighted to share with you more insight as to who I am and how we can work together to begin your BLISSFUL AWAKENING. I am a Registered Kinesiology Practitioner and a Reiki 3a Practitioner and with these modalities we can assist in bringing your body back into balance therefore having a more balanced life.
Introducing you to Kinesiology:
Kinesiology is a safe, non-invasive and natural way for a person to achieve optimum health and wellbeing. Kinesiology combines western techniques originating with the chiropractic muscle testing and eastern wisdom to promote physical, mental, emotional, biochemical and spiritual health to bring the body back to homeostasis, balance, full optimum health and wellbeing.
Muscle testing is used to find any imbalances or deficiencies in the body and to work on a cellular memory level. We use muscle testing as a biofeedback method to receive information from the body and to show where there is stress or imbalance.
We then use muscle testing to see what techniques the body needs to correct these imbalances eg: working with the lymphatic and acupressure system, brain function exercises, vision exercises, art therapy, diet & exercise changes, posture analysis and energetic healing. My Kinesiology Experiences:
I have been a client to Kinesiologists since I was 14 to assist me in living a healthy, positive life during my schooling. After a Kinesiology balance I felt more alive, motivated, at my full optimum health and become more on track.
A kinesiology balance did just that for me, it brought me back to into balance.

It is a Japanese healing system that promotes relaxation and healing. We all are made up of a life force and when this life force is low our body, mind, spirit and emotional health is low therefore we are more open to becoming unwell, stressed, and like there is a dark cloud within us. After a Reiki session the inner life force is at a blissful high, powerful and strengthened therefore the body, mind, spirit and emotional health is and we feel more clear, positive and refreshed. Reiki to some is like taking a spiritual bath or shower where the warm, healing energy helps to wash away pain and the \'dark cloud\'.

Jaw RESET:
"Balance the jaw- balance the body!" ~ Rafferty Jaw RESET is based on Kinesiology and is energy work therefore no physical jaw manipulation. When we hold a lot of trauma in our jaw the lower meridians which are energy paths throughout the body become affected. The TMJ ( Temporo-Mandibular Joint ) is made up of bones, muscles, ligaments, nerves and the bilateral joint and disc. I suffered with pain in my right shoulder since I was 13 for 31 years. This pain began to become quite severe that I had surgery on it at 26 and at 42 only to find I was left in the same state as I was before the operations as the doctors thought the pain was created by a spur. It was only until I had a kinesiology session by Alicia that the pain had greatly improved. After two more sessions the pain had disappeared and I was able to do aerobics and house hold duties such as unplugging power points and hanging out the washing without the pain in my shoulder. I had this severe shoulder pain for 31 years and within three 90 minute kinesiology sessions I found freedom! Teresa aged ~ 44 For a week I felt like my Jaw was being crushed and there was a lot of pressure in my jaw from the growth of molars.
